iPod owners are thieves. Ryze purchased by Nokia? Amanda Condon to HBO. CB radio gets violent.

If you own an iPod, you’re a thief. That’s according to Universal Music Group chairman and CEO Doug Morris. And that’s why he demanded his record company get a percentage of every Zune sold in addition to standard music licensing fees for downloads. Zune is Microsoft’s new MP3 player that goes on sale tomorrow.

Rumor that Nokia has either purchased or heavily invested in the San Francisco-based business social networking site, Ryze.

Amanda Congdon, the former host of the popular video blog Rocketboom, is close to announcing a TV development deal with HBO.

And just when you thought it was safe to use your CB radio, two morons from Florida prove us wrong. After six years of arguing over their CB radios, the two men decided to finally meet and settle their dispute with mace and a revolver in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
