KQED-Microsoft bids for Yahoo

I made an appearance last night on KQED’s “This Week in Northern California” talking about Microsoft’s bid to purchase Yahoo for $44.6 billion.

    I don’t think that this merge can be considered as an anti trust violation. Let’s not forget that Google is the first on the market, and therefore, it will actually equilibrate the game.

    However, I think that Yahoo would have more opportunities by merging with AOL than with Microsoft. What do you think about it?
