VIDEO: David Meerman Scott on promoting through new media

Last night I had dinner with David Meerman Scott, author of The New Rules of Marketing and PR. It’s the top selling marketing book right now and he travels all over the world giving his one day seminars on the subject. Through my browsing online, we met virtually, connected via Twitter and after his Twitter message saying, “I’m flying to San Francisco tomorrow” we ended up having dinner. I asked him to give me one great example of new media promotions, and here’s his response.
