		<description>I have not listened to the full lecture but I like what I see in the summary points.  All good and true, and a lot of techniques individuals and companies a like can use.  I really like #14, trying new things, because that is what social media is all about.  Even if it turns out to be an epic fail, you had the courage to try a new an unique technique, something that could hit.  There is no one way approach.</description>
