Great example of how to handle a social media crisis

A little over a year ago, the TSA was faced with a massive case of blogger outrage that blew up over social media. You can read the full story here: “A great quick appropriate response to blogger outrage” or just watch my three minute excerpt from this past November when I gave a presentation to the Nevada Association of Counties (NACO) about social media.

I was very impressed with how well and fast the TSA handled he situation.
