A few weeks ago, Fred Han of Perkett PR interviewed me about an article I wrote about a bad PR experience.

There was lots of conversation about this story in the PR world because pretty much any negative story about PR reps hurts the entire industry. But I have lots of great relationships with PR reps including Fred Han who interviewed me. The PR firm in the offending story, whom I chose not to name, has no relationship with me. What’s odd is even though I reached out personally and was very kind and willing to reboot the relationship, the offending PR firm has since made no effort to reach out to me or talk to me.
