On this episode of the Tear Down Show we talk B2B social media with Paul Gillin, author of “Attack of the Customers” and founder of Profitecture, a B2B social media training company, about how you must treat B2B social media as an ongoing engagement with multiple people. With B2C social media, a single engagement is all that’s necessary to be successful. Not the case with B2B where there are many people involved in decision making and a lot of trust and information that must be passed.
