My five favorite videos from SocialDevCamp in Chicago

on October 10, 2011

Here’s some of my coverage of SocialDevCamp Chicago 2011, where I was reporting for Dice. For more coverage and job news, check out Dice News.

This is a full collection of all the videos I produced at SocialDevCamp in Chicago. I’ve highlighted my five favorites at the top, plus I have ten more videos below.

If you only have time to watch two videos, please watch the first two.

The first video, “Best of the SocialDevCamp Hackathon” is my favorite mostly because I worked so hard on it, but also because it tells a great story of the people who worked so hard to create their applications. They worked almost non-stop for 36 hours and I caught the entire story, linearly as they lost sleep, didn’t change clothes, or take a shower.

As a developer, that’s sure to inspire you as will “What’s the best advice anyone ever gave you about development?”

If you have the time, please watch them all and let me know what you think.
