PICS: The Elvis Quarter!

May 23, 2008

My fiance gave me an Elvis quarter last night from some ad she found in the newspaper. It’s a Tennessee quarter with Elvis’ face painted on the “heads” side right over George Washington’s face. I took two photos here so you could see Elvis’ head is painted right over George Washington’s head.

May 22, 2008

My business, Spark Media Solutions, builds and manages editorial media networks for companies so that they can create their own voice (ideally thought leadership) within their industry. Launching a media network can be drawn out and to get recognized can take months to over a year. Spark Media Solutions jump starts that process by launching […]

May 5, 2008

My friend Sam Levin tipped me off to this animation and I must say it’s very funny. The creators really nailed the current state of the social networking space and how we view the top competitors (MySpace, Facebook, Friendster, Second Life, and the real world). Watch.

Last night I appeared on KQED’s This Week in Northern California talking about the birth of the Web. Fifteen years ago Tim Berners-Lee convinced his bosses at CERN to make his design of the Web open and free to everyone. It was a critical decision as we all realize now. Billions upon billions have been […]

After the conversation we end up sending each other links to our favorite podcasts. I thought it would just be a lot easier if I published my entire list of podcasts and […]
